Topics Employee History (Beschäftigten-Historik - BeH):
Annual notifications and end-of-employment notifications submitted to the social security agencies for employees covered by social security and employees in marginal part-time employment.

Benefit Recipient History (Leistungsempfänger-Historik - LeH):
Information on benefit receipt in accordance with Social Code Book III (SGB III) for recipients of unemployment benefit, unemployment assistance and maintenance allowance.

Unemployment Benefit II Recipient History drawn from A2LL (Leistungs-Historik-Grundsicherung aus A2LL - LHG):

IAB Establishment Panel: representative random sample, stratified according to establishment size, industry and federal state
LIAB:
Individuals:
all observations on employment and benefit receipt from 1993 to 2008 of all movers. A mover is defined as a person who moves between two establishments of the IAB Establishment Panel. Additionally all observations on employment and benefit receipt from 1998 to 2008 of at most 500 further employees per establishment of the IAB Establishment Panel.
Establishments: all establishments of the IAB Establishment Panel with good linkage quality to the individual file, which employed at least one mover (see above).

'This study uses the mover model of the Linked-Employer-Employee Data (LIAB) (Version X, Years YYYY-YYYY) from the IAB.
