Constraints
The data shall only be used for scientific purposes and may only be disseminated for purposes of scientific instruction. In the case of dissemination for scientific teaching, lecturers should point out the terms of use and the data limitations and constraints. Both commercial use of the data and commercial dissemination are prohibited.

The IAB accepts no responsibility for the use of the IAB campus files. It is formally pointed out that the campus files must not under any circumstances be used for any statistical inference or generalised statements whatsoever. Only the scientific use file (SUF) may be used for such requirements and can be obtained from the FDZ of the BA at the IAB for research purposes. The IAB assumes no liability for any damages or losses that arise from data use, limited availability, download problems or unavailability of data.
Citation
When using the IIAB campus files, ensure that citations of the data material (data label and data access) are correct according to the FDZ citation standards (pdf).
The terms of use have to be acknowledged otherwise a download of the campus files is impossible.
