The Research Data Centre (FDZ) of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) is located in the headquarters of the Federal Employment Agency in Regensburger Strasse 100, Nuremberg.

To reach the FDZ, please read the following instructions.
You can reach us from Nuremberg Main Station (Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg) as follows:
- Arrival at Nuremberg Main Station
- Take the underground train (U-Bahn) Line No. 1 (Direction Langwasser-Süd) and get off at the stop Aufseßplatz
- Take the Tram line No. 6 (Direction Dokuzentrum) till the stop Scharrerstrasse
- The FDZ of the BA at the IAB is situated after approx. 100 m in the Regensburger Strasse 100 on the right side.
You can reach us from Nuremberg Airport (Flughafen Nürnberg) as follows:
- Arrival at Nuremberg Airport
- Take the underground train (U-Bahn) Line No. 2 and get off at the stop Main Station
- Take the underground train (U-Bahn) Line No. 1 (Direction Langwasser-Süd) and get off at the stop Aufseßplatz
- Take the Tram line No. 6 (Direction Dokuzentrum) till the stop Scharrerstrasse
- The FDZ of the BA at the IAB is situated after approx. 100 m in the Regensburger Strasse 100 on the right side.
You can reach us by car as follows:
From the direction of Munich (motorway A9) or Berlin (motorway A9):
- Take the exit Nuremberg-Fischbach
- Drive along the Regensburger Strasse as far as the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) whose large
- building complex can be seen on the left-hand side from far away
- Turn left at the traffic light junction Regensburger Strasse/Scharrerstrasse in the opposite direction
- Turn the next driveway right to the BA parking lot
- The FDZ of the BA at the IAB is situated on the right side
From the direction of Würzburg (A3) or Bamberg (A73):
- Drive from Würzburg to the motorway junction (AB-Kreuz) Fürth/Erlangen
- Take the A73 in the direction of Nuremberg (Frankenschnellweg)
- Once you have crossed the Schwabacher Strasse, turn left into Landgrabenstrasse
- Continue straight ahead along the Wölckernstrasse
- Continue straight ahead along the Schweigger-/Harsdörfferstrasse
- Drive straight in Regensburger Strasse until Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit)
- Turn right at the first entrance to the BA parking lot
- The FDZ of the BA at the IAB is situated on the right side.
