Professional background
Inga Amend studied Sociology (B.A.) at the University of Bremen from 2018 to 2022. From 2022 to 2024 she completed the Master's program “Sociology and Social Research” (M.Sc.) at Utrecht University.
Since October 2024, she has been a scholarship holder of the IAB graduate program and a research assistant at the Research Data Center (FDZ) of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) at the IAB.
Her research focuses on quantitative sociology, particularly gender and family sociology.
