Abstract

The IAB Establishment Panel Survey contains questions about specific aspects of the working time flexibility at the establishment level (including questions about shift work, working time accounts and short-time work). Furthermore, Information about the Proportion of employees with fixed-term contracts, temporary employees and different forms of part-time employment is available as well. Technological and organisational restructuring are additional topics of the IAB Establishment Panel Survey.
