Labour market re-integration after long-term unemployment: Which employment relationships are stable, which are not?
Abstract
"A significant fraction of unemployed individuals is unemployed for one year or more, thus long-term unemployed. Even if the long-term unemployed successfully take up employment, their employment relationships are often rather instable. This Kurzbericht describes these newly started employment relationships and investigates characteristics associated with a sustainable integration of the long-term unemployed into the labour market."
