In-house training
Abstract
"Together with demographic, technical and organisational change, the requirement for qualified staff increases. This means that further training also increases in importance. In-house training takes on an important role, not only for employees but also for the companies themselves. In other words, the retention and expansion of employability, productivity, motivation and individual possibilities of gaining income and advancement depend on it. In-house training activities have been described within the framework of the data report for many years now using data for the IAB Establishment Panel. In addition, information on central aspects of in-house training has been gleaned from the BIBB Qualifications Panel." (Text excerpt, IAB-Doku)
