Abstract

With the Linked Personnel Panel, the project "Quality of Work and Economic Success" has created a unique comprehensive data basis on personnel management in Germany. The Linked Personnel Panel (LPP) is a data set consisting of establishment and employee surveys. Five waves of surveys have been conducted since 2012. The current project is concerned with the survey, data processing, and analysis of wave 6, while wave 7 is being designed with reservations. The focus of the LPP is on firm personnel policies and ist outcomes. On the employee side, the personnel measures are partially mirrored and supplemented by working conditions, satisfaction and wellbeing, and sociodemographic factors. The LPP data are available as a survey dataset and as ADIAB, linked to admin data, via the FDZ.
