Abstract

The cross-jurisdictional process for vocational rehabilitation (SGB II) was introduced on 01.01.2025. As part of this, the financial responsibility for benefits for participation in working life (LTA) has been transferred to the employment agencys. In the OnJoB panel (panel survey of job centre employees in joint and municipal job centres) questions were included about experiences with the change as well as assessments of the workload. In 2027/2028, the transition processes will also be analyzed using the LTA dataset.
