Abstract

A person’s social environment is important for her labour market performance. Here, we aim at identifying the impact of neighbour’s labour market activity on individual employment-related decision and separating it from other contextual determinants. Geocoding of the FEA register data allows to employ a novel definition of neighbourhood relations.
