More than eight out of ten establishments expect personnel problems

Abstract

"Based on data from the IAB establishment panel, the study examines the role of personnel problems from the establishments‘ perspective. We find that establishments mainly expect difficulties in recruiting skilled workers, but that the importance of specific problems differs markedly by firm size, sector, and employment structure."
