Abstract

The project analyses the determinants of employee commitment in firms with and without family-friendly policies. Employee commitment is a goal for firms regardless of their human resource policies. However, not all firms can afford family-friendly policies. This makes it all the more important to know how firms can contribute to the retention of their employees.
